Just like if you buy any apps/games from MS Store, all GamePass PC games are delivered through the MS store BTW, You can't even simply look at a games install folder for gamepass PC games. Still not possible because the game folders are EXTREMELY locked down.
Even with games on GamePass PC that are not UWP modding is It's due to the way the games are "packaged"/installed. Sadly as someone else said modding is not really possible with games obtained with GamePass PC (at least for NOW, read the last paragraph).
